Chris Cobb is a Sunshine Coast–based country-rock artist whose powerful vocals and heartfelt storytelling have quickly made him one of the region’s most exciting emerging performers. Originally from Bulolo in Papua New Guinea, Chris has built his Australian music career from the ground up since arriving in 2023 — busking, playing open mics, and earning invitations to larger stages through his ability to connect deeply with audiences.

In 2025, Chris captured national attention with a four-chair turn on The Voice Australia, showcasing his soulful tone and commanding stage presence. In 2026, he continued building momentum at the Tamworth Country Music Festival, finishing in the Top 10 Buskers from more than 400 performers. Blending country roots with rock grit and soaring power ballads, Chris is now stepping confidently into original music, with new releases and festival appearances scheduled throughout 2026.
